AI Video: from idea to finished film

For people who want to make commercial-grade video without a camera, cast or crew. This is my own working process — the same one behind every project on this site.

By the end you will be able to

Prompt like a director

Shot size, lens, light, camera move: you describe the shot the way a DP would, and the model films what you meant.

Keep characters consistent

Character, costume and location cards so faces and outfits stay the same from scene to scene.

Deliver to a client

Edit, colour, sound and music — and how to price the work so AI video pays.

Built on real projects

Every technique in the curriculum was used in these projects, and each one is broken down on its page.

Curriculum

  1. Idea and script

Logline, structure and a shot list for a short film.

  2. References and cards

Characters, wardrobe, locations and props in Nano Banana Pro.

  3. The language of the shot

Shot sizes, angles, lenses and light — a DP’s cheat sheet for prompts.

  4. Generating in Higgsfield and Seedance

Prompt structure, character tags, fixing broken generations.

  5. Sound and music

Voice, sound design and a Suno score built from a cue list.

  6. Edit and colour

Assembly, pacing and grading in DaVinci Resolve, plus upscaling.

  7. Making money with AI video

Portfolio, first clients, pricing and talking to clients.
